Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the WalletSuite platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our products.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WalletSuite's website, APIs, SDKs, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including developers, enterprises, and visitors.
2. Description of Services
WalletSuite provides blockchain infrastructure services including wallet APIs, on-chain data access, payment processing tools, and smart contract tooling. We offer these through our website, REST and WebSocket APIs, SDKs, and documentation portal.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You may not share your account with third parties without our consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to violate any applicable regulations, to interfere with our infrastructure or other users, to reverse engineer our proprietary technology, or to exceed documented rate limits without authorisation.
5. Intellectual Property
WalletSuite retains all rights to our platform, APIs, documentation, and brand assets. You retain ownership of the applications you build using our services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our APIs and SDKs in accordance with these terms.
6. Service Level and Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our production APIs. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom SLAs. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
7. Fees and Payment
Certain services may require a paid subscription. Fees are outlined on our pricing page and in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Overdue payments may result in service suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WalletSuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these terms with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
