Can issuers, funds, and custodians use different signers?

Yes. Each participant chooses WalletSuite hosted MPC, self-hosted OWS, or signed-payload to its existing custody/HSM/KMS. One policy and evidence layer runs across the whole platform regardless of how each side signs.

What does a policy receipt look like for a settlement transaction?

Each receipt records policy version, policy hash, matched rules, decision reason, approval trail, signer path, KYT pre-check result, and broadcast status. Receipts are hash-chained so downstream auditors and counterparties can verify the same evidence.

Can per-fund or per-issuer rules be configured separately?

Yes. Each issuer or fund tenant carries its own policies, approver roles, asset allowlists, and audit posture. Settlement flows produce per-tenant receipts that respect the configuration of the originating tenant.
